Screen was damaged on the inside and rca won’t replace or fix the problem..Don’t waste your money
I received the tv late and when I plugged it in the inside of the screen was damaged..There’s no sign of damage on the screen it’s self so it had to be done by the company or by ups who delivered it to my house..I contacted rca after reading the warranty and they claim it was physical damage done ..I only removed the box from the tv and plugged in up.. There was no physical damage on my part or on my end ..Very bad and rude company to deal with they won’t take any inconsideration that the damage was done before I received it..No tv and out of $523. Dollars.. evidently I have money to throw away imagine that wow… very upset and disgusted with the service I received.. Not worth your money or time..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Received the TV via Amazon delivery truck, but did not set it up for about a month. The box was undamaged as was all the packing material. Hung the TV on the wall and when we turned it on, the entire screen was shattered. Amazon sent another TV and this one was perfect. Been using it about a month now with no complaints!

    My daughters love their new TV. whether they're gaming or watching movies on it, it looks amazing for the price. The sound bar makes everything sound better. The only issues I had was with the install. The back panel is curved a bit so I had to add spacers to the brackets to fit. Other than that minor nuisance, we've had no issues. Thank you for providing these wonderful experiences.

    This item came from Canada. So therefore we had to set everything to Canada's time zone, language and everything in order to complete the set up, or else it wouldn't work. The seller should have specified these things or else we wouldn't have purchased it.
